Floirda kEys Food Tour Guide with Islamorada Luxury Golf Cart

As our busy tourist season winds down and summer arrives in the Florida Keys, we transition to a more flexible tour schedule from June through October. While we operate rain or shine—and even through a little wind—the summer heat can make longer walking tours more challenging. As a result, our summer schedule focuses on experiences that are especially enjoyable during the warmer months, including:

That said, all of our Florida Keys food tours remain available throughout the summer by request. In fact, the slower season often gives us more flexibility to customize an experience around your vacation plans. If you don’t see the tour you’re looking for on our calendar, simply contact us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Whether you’re searching for unique things to do in Islamorada, planning a family vacation activity, or looking for a memorable evening in the Florida Keys, we’re here to help this summer season.

June

We will be away during portions of the first and last weeks of June, along with a few additional travel dates throughout the month.

Tours will still be available, but if a tour shows “Call to Book” or does not appear on the calendar, please reach out directly. Summer is one of our most flexible seasons, and we can often accommodate special requests, alternate times, and custom itineraries.

July

We will be closed during the first few weeks of July and will reopen with a limited schedule in mid-to-late July.

July is also a great reminder that our tours can be booked as private experiences. If you’re visiting with family, friends, a reunion group, or a corporate retreat, contact us about creating a custom event. Our Sunset Golf Cart Tour and Sunset Boat Food Tour  are especially popular private group experiences during the summer months.

August

In August, we’ll return to a schedule primarily focused on weekends.

Expect to see more golf cart tours and boat tours on the calendar, with walking tours largely available on request. As always, we remain happy to work with guests seeking a customized Florida Keys experience tailored to their interests and schedule.

September & October

September and October will feature a very limited schedule, with many tours only listed as “Call to Book.”

For our local supporters, this is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of our locals discount and continue supporting fellow Florida Keys businesses during the quieter season.  Make sure you use our local discount code.

We’ll also begin preparing for the upcoming season by releasing our new schedule for all eight of our food tours, including updated times and pricing.

What Does “Call to Book” Mean?

If you see a tour listed as “Call to Book,” it does not mean the tour is sold out, especially in the “off season.”

Instead, it simply means we need to confirm guide availability, golf cart availability, or boat scheduling before finalizing your reservation. During the summer months, we intentionally operate with a more flexible schedule, allowing us to better serve guests while accommodating weather conditions and staffing needs.

If there’s a specific tour, date, or time you’re interested in, just reach out—we’re often able to make arrangements.

We Look Forward to Seeing You This Summer

Whether you’re planning your first visit or you’re a returning guest looking for new things to do in Islamorada, our summer tours offer a fun and delicious way to experience the Florida Keys.

From sunset cruises and golf cart adventures to local happy hours and food-focused experiences, we look forward to welcoming you aboard one of our tours this summer.

Stay loving our islands, Craig
